（1）必须按工况条件与主机情况选择适宜型号的机械密封与材料匹配，才能确保机封正常运转和使用寿命。

（2）安装机械密封部位的轴（轴套）的径向跳动公差应≤0.04 mm，转子的轴向窜动量≤0.1 mm。

（3）安装机械密封静止环的密封端盖（或壳体），定位端面对轴的垂直度≤0.04 mm。

（4）机械密封在安装时，必须将轴（轴套）、密封腔、密封端盖及机械密封本身清洗干净，防止任何杂质进去密封部位。

（5）当输送介质温度偏高、过低或含有杂质颗粒、易燃、易爆、有毒时，必须参照机械密封有关标准，采取相应的阻封、冲洗、冷却、过滤等措施。

（6）机械密封安装时，应有适当的润滑。按照产品安装说明书，保证机械密封的安装尺寸。

（7）设备在运转前必须充满介质，以防止干摩擦而使得密封失效。

（8）样本中单弹簧传动的机械密封，应合理选择弹簧旋向，一般从静止环端看，轴转向为顺时针时，赢选有旋转弹簧，反之则选择做旋弹簧。

（9）机械密封暗转部位的尺寸偏差及表面粗糙度要求参照下图。

（2）The radial acting deviation for the shaft ( shaft sleeve ) of the installed mechanical seal shall be 0.04 mm by maximum while the axel sipping capacity shall be no more than 0.1 mm.

（3）The seal cover ( or shaft cover ) of the stationary ring of the installed mechanical seals , the vertical degree of the seal face should be 0.04 mm by maximum.

（4）When installing the mechanical seals , the shaft （ shaft sleeve ）, seal chamber , seal face as well as the mechanical seal must be cleaned in order to keep from any medium to sealing part.

（5）When conveying medium of over high or low temperature,with mediums which are easy to catch firm , easy for explosion . Related mechanical seal standards must be referred to take appropriate measures such as quench , rings , cooling and filtrating.

（6）Appropriate Iubrication must be choosen when mechanical seal is installed . The installment size of the mechanical seal must be guaranteed to the installment instruction.

（7）Before the machine starts running , the hermetic compaterment shall be full of medium and well Iubricated . Dry friction which may lead to the damage of the air-tightness is strictly forbidden.

（8）The single spring of mechanical seal in catalogue , the rotation direction of the spring should be selected reasonably . Looking from the stationary side , the shaft rotating in clockwise way shall fix with rigut circled spring and on the contrary with left circle spring .
